Paul Guarracino is the Founder and Chairman of JM Electrical Company. Over the past thirty years, Paul has led the company to success, positioning JM Electrical as a leading company in the electrical contracting industry.
Paul served as the President and Governor of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Board of Directors for the Boston Chapter and was President of the Chapter from 2012 – 2013. Most recently, Paul was inducted into NECA’s Academy of Electrical Contracting, which honors outstanding leaders in the electrical contracting field.
He is also a member of both the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts (ASM) and Mass Building Congress (MBC) groups. Paul graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology where he serves as a Corporator and member of the Finance Committee.
Matthew Guarracino is a Principal at JM Electrical Company and has been a key part of the management team since 2007. He is responsible for overall company decisions with a focus on Finance and Administration. In addition to leading the company’s business development strategy, Matthew also oversees the marketing efforts at JM Electrical.
He currently serves as President of the Mass Building Congress (MBC) and on the Board of Directors for the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). Before coming to JM Electrical, he worked for an accounting firm specializing in financial consulting.
Matthew earned a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
John Guarracino has held a management position at JM Electrical Company since 2007. He is responsible for overall company decisions with a focus on Operations. John has been a licensed journeyman electrician since 2011 and earned his Master’s License in 2015.
John contributed to notable projects for JM Electrical, including our work at Logan Airport and the University of Massachusetts. John serves on the board of the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts and is an active member of NECA and the Mass Building Congress.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Endicott College and completed the Local 103 Boston Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee Training Program.
Shelly Enes is the Chief Financial Officer for JM Electrical Company and joined the company in 2001. Shelly oversees all aspects of the company’s financial structure as well as human resources.
Shelly has also been JM Electrical’s authority on ISO standards and certifications for more than 10 years.
Prior to joining JM Electrical, Shelly worked as a General Accounting Manager for a manufacturing company. Shelly graduated from Salem State College, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She has been working in Accounting and Finance for over 30 years.
Niall Black brings more than 25 years of experience to JM Electrical Company. Niall specializes in building automation systems and has contributed to projects at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Niall is certified in OSHA 10, a member of Local 103 IBEW Boston, and is an active member of NECA, the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Building Congress. Niall graduated from Kevin Street College of Technology in Dublin.
Frank Kelly brings more than 30 years of industry experience to JM Electrical Company. Frank specializes in building automation systems and has contributed to projects at Merck Pharmaceuticals and West Square.
Prior to working with JM Electrical, Frank worked for over 20 years at a large Building Technology Company. Frank holds certificates in HVAC &HVAC controls from Wentworth and project management from Northeastern University.
Adam Palmer started for JM Electrical Company in 2009. Along with building automation, Adam focuses on energy initiatives for the company.
Adam recently introduced the tool tracking technology JM Electrical utilizes company-wide and manages the organizations Safety Program. He also contributed to our projects at Harvard University and the Boston Housing Authority. Adam is certified by The North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) for Solar PV installations and by the U.S. Green Building Council as LEED AP Building Design + Construction.
He is a University Adviser to Wentworth Institute for Technology and serves on the NECA Education Committee. Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Julian Crampton serves as an Assistant Project Manager for JM Electrical. In this capacity, Julian supports the operations team while drawing on his background and previous experience in project management and estimating. Julian is OSHA 10 Certified and is an active member of NECA. A former co-op at JM Electrical, Julian earned Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Kyle Gillis serves as an Assistant Project Manager for JM Electrical. In this capacity, Kyle is responsible for supporting the operations team. Before joining JME full-time, Kyle took part in JM Electrical’s co-op program, where he worked in electrical project management and estimating. Kyle maintains an OSHA 30 Certification and is an active member of National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). He received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Andrew Guarracino, an Assistant Project Manager at JM Electrical, supports the operations team while drawing on his wealth of field experience. A graduate of the Local 103 apprentice program, Andrew joined the company in 2006. He is a member of Massachusetts Building Congress (MBC),National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and is OSHA 30 Certified.
Christine McGrath serves as a Project Administrator at JM Electrical, where she is responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Executives. Christine began her career in the construction industry as a Service Assistant for a large building automation company, before joining a federal contractor as a contract administrator in their HVAC division. While there she also supported the Senior Project Manager who oversaw general contracts. Christine has consulted for various clients, producing technical proposals and compiling complete bid packages for companies competing for Federal IDIQ/MATOC contracts as well as monitoring construction loans for banks.
Whitney Mugford serves as the Human Resources Manager for JM Electrical. In this capacity, she develops and oversees all company policies, practices and procedures. Whitney has more than thirteen years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll and Administrative Operations with both start-up businesses and corporations. Before joining JME, Whitney was the HR Manager for a marketing/trading and utility company in the US and Canada. She earned an associate’s degree in Human Resources Management from McKinley College.
Nicole Fiore joined JM Electrical in 2017 and serves as the Assistant Controller. She is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations of the company.
Nicole brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting to JM, having previously worked for a healthcare staffing firm. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from University of Massachusetts Boston.
Linda Farris has been a key contributor at JM Electrical Company since joining the company’s accounting department in 2012. She is responsible for payroll, billing and accounts receivable.
Prior to joining the company, Linda worked at a law firm where she worked in the accounting department for 14 years. Linda received her Associate’s Degree in accounting from Suffolk University.
Marilyn Mahoney is the Accounts Payable Coordinator for JM Electrical Company and joined the company in 2011. Marilyn oversees the company’s accounts payable functions and certified payroll reporting.
Prior to joining JM Electrical, Marilyn worked as an Operations Officer for a mid-sized bank with more than 17 years of experience in commercial and consumer lending operations. Marilyn graduated from Endicott College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Julie Senfleben is the Executive Assistant to Chairman Paul Guarracino. She joined the company in 2000 and is an integral part of the daily operations with a multitude of functions and responsibilities including Project Management.
Julie brings an extensive amount of experience to JM Electrical having worked for many corporate executives . She is a Notary Public with a degree from Katherine Gibbs.
Rebecca Coffman serves as the Administrative Assistant for JM Electrical Company. She is responsible for general clerical office duties assisting the office staff.
Prior to working for JM Electrical Company, Rebecca worked for an electrical contracting company for 14 years.
