Matthew Guarracino has been a key member of JM Electrical’s senior management team since 2007. Under his leadership, the company has undergone a Value Stream Mapping process which led to a reorganization that improved its overall efficiency. In addition to overseeing the company’s Finance and Business Development efforts, he is also responsible for strategic planning. Before coming to JM Electrical, he worked at a Boston-based accounting firm specializing in financial consulting.

He currently sits on the Mass Building Congress (MBC) Board of Directors, where he served as President in 2019, and as Treasurer for the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). 

Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
