Paul Guarracino founded JM Electrical Company in Lynnfield, Massachusetts more than 35 years ago. Under his direction, the company grew to become the leading specialized electrical contractor in the New England market.

Recognized as an industry trailblazer, Paul served as the President and Governor of the National Electrical Contractors Association’s (NECA) Board of Directors, Boston Chapter, and President of the Chapter, most recently from 2012 – 2013. In 2014, Paul was inducted into NECA’s Academy of Electrical Contracting, which honors outstanding leaders in the field.

A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology, Paul currently serves as a member of the college’s Board of Trustees. Paul serves as an advisor to JM Electrical.
