Whitney develops and oversees the implementation of all company policies, practices, and procedures. In addition, Whitney manages all Payroll and PR/Marketing efforts for JM Electrical. She has more than fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Administrative Operations with both start-ups and established corporations.

Before joining JM Electrical, Whitney was the HR Manager for a marketing/trading and utility company with offices in the US and Canada. She earned an Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management from McKinley College.
