MIT is situated on a 168-acre campus in Cambridge which features libraries, galleries, and a chapel conceived by the distinguished architect and industrial designer Eero Saarinen. For this project, JM Electrical installed thermal and electrical meters on more than 70 academic and administrative buildings. We worked in partnership with the renowned research university’s utility teams on both project planning and coordination. These new systems will allow MIT to accurately monitor energy consumption and adjust for usage and demand accordingly.
