JM Electrical was proud to be part of the largest residential construction project in Boston history, installing a building automation control system in 1,200 residential units within three 22-story towers. We also installed an emergency evacuation system in the underground parking facility serving this luxury condominium community. Since its opening, the Echelon has become a landmark in the city’s Seaport Innovation District, which is home to the Institute of Contemporary Art as well as a variety of shops and boutiques, lively restaurants, and corporate headquarters including Vertex, Pricewaterhouse Cooper and the software company PTC.
