JM Electrical modernized outdated heating and air conditioning systems for five fire stations, three public libraries and one police station, located within the City of Boston proper and in the Allston, Dorchester, and Charlestown neighborhoods. These projects required our team to coordinate with the Prime Contractor as well as all end users as the spaces remained accessible throughout the entire project.
