JM Electrical played a pivotal role in the design and layout of all HVAC controls and assisted with BIM (Building Information Modeling) for this expansive project. Located in the Longwood Medical Area— a world-class medical and academic district situated between the town of Brookline and Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood— Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s 345,000 square foot medical facility features 150 individual patient rooms.
