As part of the City of Boston’s Electric Vehicle Readiness program required for all new developments, JM Electrical furnished and installed a turnkey Electrical Vehicle Charging system at the Alcott Apartments, a 44-story, 470-unit residential tower. Located at the former site of the Boston Garden Garage in the city’s West End, the five-story parking facility offers the infrastructure needed to accommodate as many as 160 electric vehicles. The garage will provide public parking while accommodating Alcott Tower residents.
