Tom is JM Electricals Prefabrication Supervisor and is responsible for the oversight of all pre-fabrication operations at the JME Innovation Center. Tom served as a Foreman with Local 103 for 15 years working on fire alarms, lighting, power distribution, and security systems.

A 1997 graduate of the Quincy Public Schools’ Career, Vocational & Technical Education Program, he also completed the Local 103 IBEW Apprenticeship Program. Tom has been a union member for more than 25 years.
