Millennium Tower

JM Electrical was hired to install a state-of-the-art building automation system in Millennium Tower, the newest addition to the Boston skyline and second tallest skyscraper in the city. In addition, the company helped install Millennium’s modern carbon monoxide exhaust system and emergency power generating system, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of comfort.

101 Seaport – PricewaterhouseCoopers Headquarters

JM Electrical completed the installation of the facility’s building automation and heating, ventilating, air conditioning and cooling system for the 18-story building. This system monitors and controls a rain water collection system, which is estimated to contribute to a 40% reduction in water use at the facility. Because of the significant energy efficient technology installed at the facility, the PwC Headquarters was awarded the LEED Platinum Building Certification.

Partners Healthcare

JM Electrical installed a new, energy efficient automation system for the Partners HealthCare facility at Assembly Row in Somerville, Massachusetts. JM worked on the state of the art heating, cooling and ventilation control system that maintains an environment that meets the necessary occupancy requirements. The automation system works to keep precise temperature and humidity levels while concurrently moving large amounts of air throughout the structure. The advanced system now reduces energy consumption in the building by optimizing ventilation, while upholding the optimal temperature for the work environment.
